These terms apply to your use of Vision Bingo. By using the app, you agree to these terms, the Vision Bingo Privacy Policy, and any Apple terms that apply to your App Store download and in-app purchases.
1. Use of the App
Vision Bingo is provided for personal entertainment. You agree to use the app responsibly, follow applicable laws, and avoid interfering with the app, its services, or other players.
2. Accounts
Some features require authentication. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. You may delete your Vision Bingo account from the app settings or contact us for help with account deletion.
3. Safety
Vision Bingo asks you to find objects in the real world. Stay aware of your surroundings, do not trespass, do not use the app while driving, and do not take unsafe actions to complete a bingo square.
4. Purchases and Content Packs
Paid content packs are sold through Apple in-app purchases. Apple handles payment processing, refunds, and purchase account controls. Vision Bingo records purchase entitlements so purchased packs can be unlocked and restored. Content packs may change over time, but purchased access will continue to be honored for the associated Apple ID and Vision Bingo account where technically available.
5. User Content and Photos
You are responsible for photos you capture, upload, share, or save while using the app. Only capture photos where you have the right and permission to do so. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, private, invasive, or infringing content. Multiplayer memories and photo review features may share submitted photos with other room members or with us for review and support.
6. Verification and Game Results
Vision Bingo uses automated visual verification to decide whether a photo appears to match a bingo item. Verification may be imperfect. Game results, scores, streaks, and item matches are provided for entertainment and may be corrected, reset, or limited if needed to protect the service or address abuse.
7. Availability and Changes
The app may change over time. Features, packs, multiplayer services, and online services may be updated, interrupted, or removed.
8. Apple Standard EULA
If these terms do not provide a separate end user license agreement for any issue, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for apps made available through the App Store applies to your use of Vision Bingo.
9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Vision Bingo is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
