Let’s get you back to the adventure.

Choose a pack from Home or the Store, open its details, and tap Play. Pick Solo for your own board, Nearby for an in-person game, or Online to create a private room and invite friends with a code.

Solo play and the ordinary on-device camera check are designed to work without a network connection. Sign in, online rooms, purchase verification, second reviews, and shared online memories require internet access.

Center the requested object, keep it clearly visible, and use good lighting. Avoid heavy zoom, reflections, screens, or printed pictures. If the match still looks correct, use the second-review option when it appears.

Not for ordinary recognition. Standard visual matching runs on your iPhone. A photo is uploaded only when you explicitly request a second review or choose to share a verified photo with an online room.

Open iPhone Settings, select Vision Bingo, and turn Camera on. Return to the app and try the square again.

Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the iPhone is signed into the same Apple ID that originally purchased the pack and that you are online while the restore completes.

Apple handles App Store billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com while signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Create an Online game, then share the room code shown in the lobby. Friends choose Join Game and enter that code. Online rooms are private to people who have the code.

Open Profile, choose Memories, open the online-room memory, and tap the flag on the other player’s photo. You can report and hide the photo or report and block its owner. You can also block a friend from Profile > Friends.

Open Profile > Settings > Manage Data > Delete Account. The app will reconfirm your Apple sign-in, revoke its access token, and permanently delete the account and associated server data.

Open Profile > Settings > Manage Data and choose Export My Data. If you cannot access the app, email Support from the address associated with your account.
